Benmar Construction partnered with IRG Realty Advisors to transform an outdated commercial space into a bright, modern, and highly functional workplace for West Shore Homes. Designed to support the needs of a growing team, the project focused on creating an efficient and inspiring environment that aligned with the company’s workflow, branding, and long-term goals.
