Remodel in Winter Park, FL
This project involved a phased renovation of an existing Sonny’s BBQ location in Winter Park, completed with careful coordination around the restaurant’s busy operating schedule and corporate remodeling requirements.
The initial phase focused on the bathroom renovation. Benmar’s scope included demolition of the existing restrooms, plumbing relocation, reconfiguration of the space per architectural specifications, wall and floor work, and installation of new finishes.
Phase Two included updates to the takeout area, dining room, and bar. Work included demolition of existing walls, flooring, and booths, construction of new walls, tile installation, decorative concrete finishing, new booth fabrication and installation, and upgraded LED electrical fixtures.
The project was completed in just 12 days, delivering a refreshed, brand-compliant restaurant space while minimizing disruption to daily operations.
