NICOLE BENNETT
OWNER
Through her diverse professional experiences, Nicole has developed strong operational oversight skills and a solutions-focused, growth-oriented mindset. She specializes in contracts, permitting, risk management, and overseeing daily operations. Her background spans multiple sectors, including nonprofit work, a professional engineer’s office, and a real estate brokerage, among other roles, where she gained hands-on experience in permitting processes, contract administration, client service, and risk management.

Nicole began working for Benmar Construction in 2007 when the company first opened its doors. Over time, she expanded her experience by exploring other fields of interest, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and working in the nonprofit sector before returning to Benmar Construction in early 2022. In 2020, she also obtained her real estate license after recognizing how closely real estate transactions intersect with the construction industry.

Nicole and her high school sweetheart, Jeremiah, have been married since 2004 and share four beautiful children. They couldn’t imagine living anywhere other than the vibrant community of Ocala. When she isn’t managing Benmar’s office, spending time with her children, or negotiating deals, Nicole enjoys exploring local farmers’ markets and kayaking the nearby springs.
