JAMES (JIM) ROSS
Lead Estimator
Jim brings extensive experience in construction project management and construction progress oversight, with a career rooted in hands-on building and architectural design. He began working at an early age in his family’s concrete construction business based in Syracuse, New York, where he developed a strong foundation in the construction industry.
He later earned his Architectural Degree from Syracuse University’s School of Architecture. Following graduation, he pursued his passion for building and construction, working as a Project Manager and Estimator, where he has been responsible for managing construction projects, cost estimating, and overseeing project execution from start to finish.
Jim now resides near Ocala, Florida, where he enjoys life with his wife, Annie, and their daughter, Ruby. He also travels to Central New York several times a year to visit his son and granddaughter, Emily.
