Tenant Improvement in The Villages, Florida
This project consisted of a tenant improvement remodel for Heart of Florida in The Villages, focused on updating the existing interior and reconfiguring the space to better support the client’s operational needs.
Benmar’s scope included demolition of existing walls and electrical components, followed by a full interior reconfiguration per the architectural plans. Work included construction of new walls, installation of new doors, finished flooring, electrical upgrades, new ceiling tracks and tiles, and interior painting.
The completed remodel delivered a refreshed, functional, and professionally finished space aligned with the project drawings and ready for continued client use.
